Cycling & Mountain Biking
While Romania does not hold dedicated bike paths, it nevertheless offers a large network of small country roads which are ideal for cycling from one village to another, facilitating the discovery of local customs and traditions. Moreover, for the endurance cyclists there are several asphalt roads going up to 2.000 m altitude, offering beautiful views over the mountains around and challenges hard to forget.
